Potato powder | 3.3 kg |
Butter | 2 kg |
Egg | 1.3 kg |
Water | 4.6 kg |
Saf-instant® Gold yeast | 133 g |

Preparation
1. Mix flour, potato powder and Saf-instant® Gold yeast in a bowl.
2. Add butter, egg and water and mix at low speed for 7 minutes and high speed for 8 minutes or until dough is fully developed.
Shaping
1. Transfer dough to a pre-greased container.
2. Cover and ferment for 30 minutes.
3. Punch the dough and transfer onto a pre-greased work surface.
4. Divide the dough equally to 100g each.
5. Round each piece into a smooth ball.
6. Arrange the shaped dough on a baking tray.
7. Cover and proof the dough at room temperature for 60 minutes or until double the size.
Baking
1. Preheat oven to 170 ˚C.
2. Bake for 12 minutes at 170 ˚C or until uniformly golden brown.
3. Let the buns cool on a wire rack.
